Core Responsibilities

01

Revenue-Driven Oversight

+
  • Own the connective tissue between all campaign arms — ads, content, creative, copywriting, demand gen — and ensure they are aligned to the same revenue goal.
  • Reverse engineer monthly unit targets into weekly milestones and daily leading indicators.
  • Identify bottlenecks and hold the team accountable for resolving them with urgency.
02

Team Integration & Accountability

+
  • Serve as the central coordination point across your CMO, CRO, COO, demand gen director, content team, videographers, copywriters, and media buyers.
  • Attend weekly team syncs and ensure each team member knows their role in the revenue equation.
  • Escalate weekly objectives, action items, and testing hypotheses from each department to you so you are not the last to know about internal shifts.
03

Strategic Operations

+
  • Build and maintain the systems, dashboards, and SOPs that give you full visibility at both the 30,000-foot level and the granular campaign level at any given moment.
  • Establish a reporting rhythm that keeps you informed without requiring you to be in every meeting.
  • Identify operational gaps and build solutions before they become crises.
04

Founder Leverage

+
  • Protect founder time as the scarcest resource in the company — the systems decide what actually needs you, and everything else runs without you.
  • Bring visibility to you, proactively — a live dashboard and a weekly report push what's happening, why, and where it stands straight to leadership on a set rhythm, so you're never chasing status downstream.
  • Move leadership to a 10 / 80 / 10 model — you set the vision at the front, the team executes the middle without routing everything through you, and your input returns for sign-off and feedback at the end. Ideation, approvals, and the day-to-day threads all run this way.

Discovery → Visibility → Operationality → Accountability → Refine + Scale

01

Discovery

Defined+
Phase Overview

Map Supra Human’s existing operational flow. Every arm, every handoff, every meet, every communication channel. The first step of creating visibility and efficiency is mapping the current landscape, first of the company as a broad, then individually by department → teams → roles, then cohesively as the internal architecture sits in all its intricacy.

OutcomeBlueprint for ongoing visibility
Action Items
01

Immersion interviews

02

Join weekly team syncs

03

Reporting + data integrity audit

04

Systems audit

05

Intra- and Inter-department communications audit

06

Internal ecosystem map: centralizing processes, communication, lead indicators, and revenue into a single view

07

Client ecosystem map: how a lead enters, moves, converts, and is fulfilled — with every handoff and break point marked

08

Final gap analysis, with constraints ranked by revenue impact

02

Visibility

Defined+
Phase Overview

The number-one need is knowing what's happening: not just the revenue figure, but what each team is working on, why, and where it stands. This phase builds the process that delivers that visibility.

OutcomeCentral location to find information
Deliverables
01

Master dashboard reconciling ad spend, demand gen platforms, and attribution (HubSpot + Hyros)

02

Weekly report format that answers the what / why / hypothesis / progress / constraints at a glance for every department

03

Weekly-monthly-90 day KPI targets and outcomes by department

03

Operationality

Defined+
Phase Overview

Talented people without a process default to survival mode, and the founders become the bottleneck for everything creative (from creating . This phase installs the engines that make output repeatable — most importantly, the one that takes the founder out of the critical path on ideas.

OutcomeEliminate founder dependence from basic team operations to free up founders for vision-casting and final approval
Deliverables
01

Ideation-Feedback-Refinement engine by department so that hypotheses for better outcomes are not only embedded into weekly tasks, but the learning also compounds over time and is codified into non-negotiables for each department

02

A creative engine built on regular market research, sales feedback, and data from previous creative tests

03

Cross-department communication loops built into weekly operations (ex: Sales → DemandGen, DemandGen → Organic, etc)

04

SOPs for the repeatable work within each department (including weekly recurring tasks, situational tasks, project infrastructure, meeting frameworks, and communication expectations)

05

Production pipelines built to 80% capacity for anticipated work, allowing 20% flexibility for unanticipated priorities

04

Accountability

Defined+
Phase Overview

Supra Human is replete with world-class talent in every single role. Mirroring process (from Phase 3) through accountability allows that talent to shine and continue to reach new heights in unity. This phase makes performance self-evident, so it stops depending on leadership pushing.

OutcomePeople who thrive on clarity move faster, and the whole team operates without leadership having to push. The standard holds on its own. The company can unite on a single wildly important goal (4 Disciplines of Execution, Covey Group) and execute at a level that transcends individual talent alone.
Deliverables
01

Clear definitions of every department and role, each with an output expectation and a definition of done

02

An accountability workflow map showing how ownership flows at every level of leadership

03

Scorecards agreed with each lead, so status is obvious without chasing

04

The weekly roll-up for leadership: KPIs and workflow, wins and misses, constraints hit

05

Refine + Scale

Defined+
Phase Overview

With visibility, process, and accountability in place, the system starts to compound. This phase is about speed: shrinking the gap between vision and execution.

OutcomeSupra Human owns an operating system it can run in-house at any point. The engine keeps producing whether or not the engagement continues.
Deliverables
01

A cross-arm project tracker: every campaign arm and branch of execution in one view

02

New-initiative launch frameworks, documented to the task level

03

A weekly optimization rhythm by department

04

A 90-day review — what was built, what was closed, what it produced — plus full systems-handover documentation

Key Outcomes

Week 1–2

Discovery | Immersion & Audits

Immersion interviews with every lead across demand gen, sales, brand/organic, and fulfillment; join weekly team and leadership syncs to see how each department actually runs. Reporting and data-integrity audit, systems audit, and intra- and inter-department communications audit.

02
Week 1–2

Discovery | Gap Analysis & Priority Map

Internal ecosystem map: processes, communication, leading indicators, and revenue, centralized into a single view. Client ecosystem map: how a lead enters, moves, converts, and is fulfilled, with every handoff and break point marked. Final gap analysis, constraints ranked by revenue impact.

03
Week 3 & 4

Visibility | Master Dashboard

Create the master dashboard reconciling ad spend, demand-gen platforms, and attribution (HubSpot + Hyros): real-time revenue trajectory and the leading indicators beneath it, in one view.

04
Week 3 & 4

Visibility | Reporting & KPI Targets
